Do you offer free quotes?

Nearly all companies do. Beware of companies that make you pay for one.
Everyone says they have “quality staff,” but how can we know?

Ask us about them. Typically, companies hire someone after they get the account and then send another cleaner to train them. We have a system of vetted employees who work in a static building until one comes up more to their liking. We conduct thorough background checks and train all potential employees to meet our expectations. On-the-job training includes all employees working with a manager to efficiently transition them into cleaning properties.
How does the bidding process work?

It’s highly classified; we will just tell you. It’s an equation of the services you want + location + financial limitations = the bid price. You can’t buy a new BMW for the cost of a clunker, and the same is true with any bid. If you fired your vendor for bad quality or management, don’t expect a better service at the same price. You’ll probably get the same thing.
